The owners of the property need to improve especially with cleaning the apartment properly.
The facilities inside the apartment I like them. Just that the couch is not in good condition and the TV has no channels Just apps
from the entrance as you go up the stairs it was not clean. The apartment inside was also not properly cleaned. There was also still rubbish left in the bin in the bedroom

Not really luxury - apart from the tasteful interior design.
Central, nicely decorated, Well equipped, beautiful Georgian Appartment
check in process - As we were arriving outside office hours we had to pick up the flat key from a lock up box near the agency (15 min walk from the flat). We were given a code that opened the lockup box for all of the agency’s keys …. and the key number we were given was not even in the box ! We tried calling the agency and they didn’t pick up … luckily we tried with a key that has the same first 2 numbers and it worked !!! But we could have done without this stress and not having someone pick up our call is not ideal. Internet - The internet drops out from time to time. it’s wouldn’t be ideal to work and perform any business critical calls. The speed itself we measured at 15.9Mbps. Slow for Edinburgh City centre. noise - This is George Street and Georgian apartments don’t have the best insulated windows generally. But luckily there is a bedroom at the back that doesn’t face the street. however the upstairs flat woke us up at 0300 as the floorboards are creeky !! Stairwell - the flat is described as luxury, the stairwell is certainly not. garbage - As per check out instructions we had to take out our own rubbish, this involved walking along the street with your rubbish finding the nearest public bin. First time I have had to do this - not really luxury !
